Recruiter

Location: Downers Grove (In Office)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Recruiter , you will help support our Downers Grove office with various HR tasks such as recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, orientation training, placement, and provide administrative support to the team.

Qualifications: 

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of Recruitment or HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills. 
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
