WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care at a nonprofit organization located in Paterson, New Jersey. This role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure all patient needs are met effectively. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity!

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 9am - 5pm.
\n

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling, along with didactic sessions and case management, in accordance with licensing standards.

  \n
\n

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and reviews for assigned clients.

  \n
\n

• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.

  \n
\n

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision sessions as scheduled.

  \n
\n

• Offer crisis intervention and refer clients to external agencies for continued or additional care.

  \n
\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Current RN license for the state of employment.

  \n
\n

• 2+ years of RN experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.

  \n
\n

\n
