CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an On-Site Representative to join our Commercial & Institutional PMCM/OPM Team at our Bethlehem, PA office.

Your Impact

CHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.

The On-Site Representative will serve as a primary point of contact, supporting senior staff and project managers in representing the client at the project site. This individual will be responsible for assisting with overall on-site field administration, support, some supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations. The On-Site Representative will coordinate project work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications and remain consistent with the project schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of construction site management experience required
• OSHA 10-hour certification required
• General knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes
• General knowledge of construction industry laws, regulations, policies, and practices
• General understanding of construction plans and documents
• Experience with public projects preferred
• Detailed reporting experience preferred
• Knowledge of multi-prime contracts preferred
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Solid problem solver

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $85,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
