Real Estate Administrative Assistant • Full-Time • In-Office
Bryan Realty Group is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This vital role supports our agents and clients from listing to closing, ensuring that every transaction is seamless, legally compliant, and consistent with our high standards of service. This position is based primarily at our East Memphis/Germantown office, with regular time spent weekly at our Lakeland location.
As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll be the go-to person for handling contracts, coordinating communication between all parties, managing listing materials, and supporting the office with various operational tasks. Compensation for this role will be based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation:$20 - $23 hourly
