Job Description Talent4Health is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Cincinnati, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: CVOR Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Start Date: 07/28/2025 ~ Duration: 13 weeks ~40 hours per week ~ Shift: 10 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel -2 years of experience minimum.   Schedule Notes: Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10s 6:15AM-4:45PM; Call is one 1st call per week (end of shift until 11:00 pm), maybe one 2nd call per week (end of shift until 7:00 pm). Weekend call is every 5-6 weekends and is from 3:00 pm (or end of shift) on Friday to 0615 on Monday morning. On the week following weekend call, there is overnight call on Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night, and Thursday night (11:00 pm – 6:15 am). Transplant call is 2-3 12 hour calls per 4 weeks (12 hours overnight or 12 hours on the weekends). This call is only utilized in the case of a heart transplant. Required: 2+ years of experience CVOR       Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -2 years of experience minimum. -Has contact with physicians, families, and other hospital personnel related to care of assigned patients.  -Sound judgment and knowledge of scientific principles must be used.  -Competency in selected skills is required through hospital provided instruction.  -Frequent exposure to stressful patient situations requires the ability to maintain composure in order to respond swiftly and effectively to patient needs. -The Surgical Technologists demonstrates the knowledge, abilities, and skills to provide age and culturally specific patient care and education. -The ST effectively communicates with peers, utilizes appropriate channels of communication and maintains absolute confidentiality. -The ST maintains competence and demonstrates evidence of continuing professional growth. -The ST demonstrates the ability to accept and implement change and the ability to work in a culturally diverse setting. -The ST is responsible for knowledge, use, care, and handling of surgical instruments.  Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A " Education: Required Education: -Completion of a Surgical Technologist Education Program. OR -Three (3) years of Surgical Technologist experience within the past five (5) years. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -BLS (American Heart Assoc.) Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA OR Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) through NCCT.
