Key Responsibilities: Manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring comprehensive administration of each caseload. Perform census and asset reconciliation, contribution allocations, non-discrimination testing, valuation reporting, distributions, and Form 5500 filings. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth plan operations. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years of retirement plan administration in a TPA environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in administration software (Relius preferred) and strong MS Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables). Analytical Skills: Proven reconciliation skills and ability to read and understand Plan Documents and investment statements. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: ASPPA or NIPA credentials are highly preferred, such as: Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certificate, Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential, Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) credential, and the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) credential. Minimum of a high school education required. Some college education or secondary training preferred.
