Professional Recruiter (Candidate Delivery Focus)

Remote | Contract (1099) | Potential to convert to full-time salaried

We’re a boutique recruiting firm based in Rocky River, focused on placing Accounting & Tax professionals. Our clients are primarily $1B+ companies.

We’re growing and looking for a Contract Recruiter to help us deliver top-tier candidates. Focused, high-impact, professional recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, cold calling and written outreach
• Screen, qualify, and recommend candidates for client submission
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Support the founders (who handle client relationships, closing, vendor management)
• Keep our ATS clean and up-to-date

What You Won’t Do

✘ Cold outreach to clients

✘ Business development or fee negotiation

✘ Manage client-side logistics

You Might Be a Fit If

• You’ve got 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• You love the idea of helping people manage their careers and want to get really good at it
• You write well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
• You’re open to a contract role with growth potential

Compensation

• Base : $50,000 (annualized, paid monthly)
• Bonus : 7.5% of placement revenue for any candidate you sourced and supported
• Type : 1099 contract (no benefits)
• Goal : Convert to a full-time, salaried role with long-term upside
