PMHNP Opening - La Grande, Oregon Position Details: - Full-time, permanent - Two openings available - Behavioral Health staff - Join current team of 1 MD, 6 LCSWs, 4 Community Health Workers and 1 Behavioral Health Specialist - New 92,000 square foot facility. Connected to hospital - Prior PMHNP experience is required - Outpatient Rural Health Clinic - Four 10-hour days per week - Average 14-17 patients per day - Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day - Lab on site - 30+ exam rooms - 1:16 call; phone call only - Epic EMR Other specialties include: - Cardiology, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Ob/Gyn, Peds, and a robust panel of primary care providers. Compensation and Benefits: - Compensation: 145K+ - RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to 10K - 15K sign on bonus - 8K annual CME - Student loan assistance - Paid malpractice - Medical/Dental/Vision - 240 hours of earned leave annually - Relocation - Liability insurance - 401K match Oregon Tax Credit: The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.
