Job Description:

• The Program Manager will oversee the execution of projects related to GEN AI Testing and GCP Gen AI vision within a hybrid work model.
• With 8 to 10 years of experience, the candidate will ensure seamless integration of commercial GEN AI solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
• The role requires expertise in project management to deliver impactful results during day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of GEN AI Testing projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the deployment of GCP Gen AI vision solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate commercial GEN AI solutions effectively.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in GEN AI Testing and GCP Gen AI vision.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and technology adoption.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork.
