About the Role
The Company is in search of an Office Administrator to join the Office of General Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day office management, including overseeing the TABS billing system, managing staff, encumbering funds, and collecting outstanding payments. The role also involves preparing budget transfers, maintaining the annual property report, and coordinating with Employee Services on position control. The Office Administrator will be the point of contact for the Office of General Counsel's website, assist with public records requests, and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Applicants for the Office Administrator position should have a minimum of 5 years' of education and professional experience in providing advanced-level administrative support. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience in staff management. Proficiency in budget preparation, financial tracking, and a background in a legal or government setting is a plus. The Office Administrator will also be involved in travel coordination, so experience in this area is beneficial.
