Centific is excited to announce an opening for a Localization ( Vendor) Project Manager position based onsite in Austin, TX . This full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage localization QA resources directly at the client site while helping streamline project execution and team performance.

Job Description :

Role: Localization ( Vendor) Project Manager

Location: Onsite – Austin, TX

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned QA resources onsite
• Address HR and scheduling needs (e.g., time-off coordination)
• Monitor team performance and report to client and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with client on process improvements and action plans
• Oversee training coordination and attendance records
• Distribute and manage badge/access for Centific staff
• Be present on-site during defined work hours

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Localization QA/testing experience
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Mac OS/iOS environments
• Strong QA, bug reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable reviewing and editing various content types
• Able to provide feedback on style guides and terminology
• Collaborative mindset with initiative to improve processes
