Job Description

The Laundry Bag Inc in Chicago, IL is looking for 2 laundry attendants to join our 3 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

• We commission on dropoff orders, including free early access to your pay through Homebase.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidates is self-driven, kind, motivated, on time and work smart with a purpose. You will manage the store during your shift this includes keeping the store clean, completing both commercial and residential laundry orders. Must be able to lift 40 lbs bags. Use of a smartphone and computer skills for order entry. You will assist customers with any issues that have while processing their laundries. We train all of our attendants on how to process order via company standards. Staff required to work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience. Demonstrated situational awareness.
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Drycleaning or laundry experience a plus
