• You are bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
• You have a passion for spending some time outside & all things plants and you also want to learn about all aspects of a thriving agriculture business.
• You are Computer and Microsoft Proficient, have strong attention to details and don't mind spending some time at a desk.
• You have at least two years of related industry experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Join our team: As the successful Inventory Clerk will record, monitor, train and audit all crop inventory movement (physically and electronically) through each department from order to shipping in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications to exceed customers' expectations. Key responsibilities include ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety policies and regulations to promote a safe working environment. Summary of essential job functions: Monitor and Maintain physical inventory information in the ERP system after each "walk" is turned in or completed. Update availability in the system. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing challenges. Review and audit Data Collection in ERP system and post pending records. Train staff in each department on proper tracking of inventory movement on scanners or manual paper if needed Review processes in place to make improvements of quality and efficiency. Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, or other operational reports, to detect production issues related to crop inventory. Key responsibilities include ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety policies and regulations to promote a safe working environment. Develop and maintain a strong sense of teamwork among the crew members. Minimum Requirements: Bilingual; able to speak, read and write in Spanish & English is preferred High School diploma or equivalent Clean criminal history and drug free Valid Driver License Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be in good physical condition and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time Ability to demonstrate high ethical standards and set a positive example for crew members Current first aid/CPR certification, or ability and willingness to obtain one Abilities Required: Basic concepts about greenhouse operations, quality and productivity Willingness to work nights and/or weekends, hours will change based on business needs Able to work indoors, outdoors, in warehouse or greenhouse all seasons Able to lift up to 40 lbs & Able to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision, Self motivated Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations Ability to tolerate exposure to greenhouse elements such as heat, cold, water and dirt Speedling
