A well-established insurance agency based in Maineville, OH is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the team. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive, knowledgeable support to clients on policy inquiries, changes, and renewals

• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling appropriate insurance products

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems

• Support producers and account managers as needed to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in an insurance agency setting

• Active licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (Commercial Lines experience a big plus)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient with standard office software and insurance agency management systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment

This position is in-office only. Candidates must be local or able to reliably commute to Maineville, OH.
