Human Resources Generalist(Bilingual Spanish )

Job Responsibilities:

• Workers' compensation reporting.
• File management and background verifications.
• Ensure relevant local policies are designed and managed in line with national policies and legislation.
• Post update and monitor open positions on recruiting websites.
• Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
• Develop and maintain talent management processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
• Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
• Conducting Benefit review meetings.
• Managing applications, applicant responses, and pre-screening processes.
• Conducting reference checks and preparing new hire paperwork, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
• Ordering drug tests and completing I-9 verifications.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge of employment and wage laws.
• Payroll Processing
• Recruiting, onboarding and Terminations.
• Labor law knowledge skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
• In depth understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations functions.
• Proficient in PC applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
