Job Description: FULL TIME, IN OFFICE. MEDICARE SALES AGENT--(Palm Coast, FL)

Commissions: on sales

This a full-time, year-round opportunity providing base + plus commissions and SIGN ON BONUS. UP TO $2000.00

Duties:

• Maintain a focus on meeting all sales goals and other key performance indicators.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, and scheduled training sessions.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be resourceful.
• Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback.
• Adhere to companies policy's and attendance.
• Maintain and keep current all licenses and continuing education requirements.
• Stay compliant with CMS guidelines and procedures.
• Be able to read scripts
• Be able to close sales

Qualifications:

• Insurance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medicare Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Health Insurance License-2-15 OR 2-40 (Preferred)
• LICENSED WITH 0 RELEASES NEEDED
• Sales experience preferred; strong Tele-sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate ability to attain daily sales goals, self-motivated and SALES DRIVEN. .
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and detailed written communication skills.
• Use persuasive communication skills.
• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a high-sales work environment.
• Work independent and as a TEAM PLAYER

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 during your first year

Supplemental pay types:

• Hourly +
• Commission pay
• Bonus Pay
• Sign on Bonus Pay
• Holiday and Vacation Pay
• Paid Birthday

based on experience with Medicare Sales

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays only during AEP

Work Location: In Office Only !!!! no experience needed we will train the right candidates. $500. after you pass course and state exam.
