Graphic And Motion Designer

We're looking for a talented Graphic And Motion Designer to create compelling visual content that brings our brand, products, and educational content to life. You'll be responsible for designing high-impact graphics for our website, articles, and organic content, as well as producing motion graphics to support product and concept explainers. This is a contract position that is fully remote, working with global teams across various time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static graphics and illustrations to support our website content
• Produce engaging motion graphics (animations, short videos, explainer segments) to simplify complex crypto and financial topics
• Collaborate with content writers, content leads and product marketers to translate ideas into visual storytelling
• Ensure visual assets are aligned with brand guidelines, compliant with industry regulations, and optimized for SEO, AIO and accessibility
• Maintain an organized asset library and version control system for all visual output
• Keep up to date with design trends, particularly in fintech, crypto, and educational content format

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably in fintech, tech, or a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Experience creating content for the web
• Portfolio that showcases both static design and motion work
• Strong eye for clean design, typography, layout, and animation timing
• Ability to interpret complex ideas and translate them into visual form
• Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams across time zones
• Interest in crypto and financial products
