Qualifications:

1. 3-4 years' experience as a General Manager REQUIRED
2. Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED
3. Used Car Focus REQUIRED
4. Ability to lead the team to high performance daily REQUIRED
5. Experience with Audi or high-line brands PREFERRED
6. Focus on OEM approvability
7. Strong ability to build a positive culture and achieve set goals
