**About the Role:**
We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for high-quality, cinematic content. You’ll be editing for a diverse portfolio of celebrity clients, national brands, and social-first entrepreneurs. This is not entry-level. You must be experienced, fast, and fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, brand campaigns, and digital advertising
* Deliver clean, polished videos with expert-level audio, pacing, and color grading
* Collaborate with our creative team to bring scripts and storyboards to life
* Maintain Shyft Media’s high production standard across all client work
* Handle revisions with professionalism and speed using Frame.io and other team tools
* Stay on top of trends in editing, social formats, and viral content styles
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* A strong portfolio that proves your ability to edit premium content
* Understanding of modern content formats (especially for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels)
* Bonus: Motion graphics, After Effects, and color grading expertise
* Reliable, organized, and obsessed with clean, on-brand work
