City Bean Roasters, LA pioneers of specialty coffee since 1992, is a busy 75% wholesale and 25% direct-to-consumer roasting works company. City Bean specializes in providing delicious coffee and tea to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and specialty coffee shops, in addition to other roasting operations (private label, toll roasting and co-roasting). The company website sells beans, subscriptions, etc. and we operate a retail shop at the roastery (not a cafe). You will notice early on in the hiring process, that the culture at City Bean is different.
