Ruby Construction is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to join our team! We specialize in crafting high-quality showcases that support retail stores, providing a strong foundation for businesses to shine.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the construction and assembly of custom retail showcases, cabinets, and displays.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Sand, finish, and prepare wood surfaces for final installation.
• Work alongside experienced carpenters to learn and develop your skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic experience with woodworking tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A team player with good communication skills.
