Base pay range $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr Now Hiring: Social Content Creator Our world-renowned CPG client is seeking a skilled Social Content Creator to join their corporate creative services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on household-name brands we all know and love. As a Social Content Creator on our dynamic in-house creative team, you will help elevate our brand presence across Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you’ll craft compelling short-form video content aligned with the latest trends in social and pop culture. From brainstorming concepts to shooting and editing, you’ll be hands-on in bringing ideas to life. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for social trends—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment and understands the nuances of digital storytelling. What You’ll Do: Produce fresh, entertaining video content weekly (3-5 pieces), optimized for TikTok and Instagram. Generate ideas and storyboards that align with evolving social media trends and each brand’s tone. Work closely with Social Media Content Managers to ensure content aligns with brand strategy. Regularly participate in creative sessions with social, brand, and agency teams. Edit videos and photos for final delivery, ensuring they're optimized for platform performance. Scout locations, source props, and coordinate with talent as needed for content shoots. Occasionally travel (up to 15%) to attend brand events and capture live, in-the-moment content. Understand platform-specific best practices and tailor content accordingly. Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of hands-on content creation experience, ideally in CPG, food, or beverage. Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, with a knack for making brands relevant in trend-driven moments. Comfortable shooting with both iPhones and DSLR cameras in various environments. A portfolio that reflects a talent for creating high-impact, engaging content. Skilled in CapCut or similar tools, and platforms like Canva or Adobe Express. Bonus if you know Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci, or Insta360. Experience with photography and a willingness to occasionally appear on camera.
