Role Description

This is a full-time Seasonal (Mar-Nov) on-site role for a Construction Superintendent / Foreman based out of Paris, IL. The Construction Superintendent / Foreman will be responsible for managing construction sites, overseeing site safety, coordinating with subcontractors, organizing materials and resources, ensuring projects stay within budget, and leading project management efforts. Daily tasks include supervising construction activities, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry is preferred with experience with the following: excavation/grading, underground utilities – storm, sanitary, water systems, Concrete work – paving, curbs, flatwork, misc. concrete, and associated road and site development work
• Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong Organization Skills and ability to coordinate materials and resources
• Proficiency in Budgeting and maintaining cost controls
• Project Management skills including scheduling and liaising with subcontractors
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site at designated locations
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous
