A confidential, fast-growing real estate developer specializing in commercial properties is seeking a hands-on and proactive Associate Facility Manager to support the facility management team overseeing a portfolio of shopping centers, including properties under development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the senior facility manager, assisting with tenant relations, day-to-day operations, and building maintenance tasks. With a growing number of new tenants, we need a motivated individual ready to take on challenges and grow within the company.
This role is based primarily out of our key shopping centers in San Gabriel and Rowland Heights, with the flexibility to be onsite at other Southern California properties as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote work option. You will work closely with a great team who will support your learning and development with opportunities for continued growth and advancement.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within commercial property management, on-site facility oversight, and basic knowledge of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, especially in a commercial real estate context. This is a hands-on role with significant potential for career development, offering the chance to work alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment.

Salary Range is dependent on experience: $70,000 - $75,000 plus a comprehensive medical benefits and 401K package.
