Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Servant leader, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by a smaller Agile Release Train (ART) Coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies, managing dependencies across teams in the ART, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment Ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery Manage capacity' demand for the ART and assist with financials and resource planning as well as rigor around delivery related to MRA and Release Manage Promotes and coach the Agile mindset and principles, empowering individual teams to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential Requirements: 7-10 years Agile experience as RTE coordinating multiple teams and dependencies across internal and external teams JIRA and Excel expertise Driven, responsible communicator with solid follow up skills Desired Skills: Internal Client experience as an RTE familiar with the rigot around software development (MRA, Release Manager, PPRT, TPAS etc) Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
